Store Manager

Server/Host

We are looking for someone friendly energetic and willing to work a variety of shifts. You are responsible for serving our guests that walk through the door with a smile ensuring they get great customer service and food. We want people to come here because of you!! Cleaning and new covid 19 protocols must be followed and will be clearly shown to you. Menu knowledge will be trained and you will be required to answer menu questions the guests have. You need to be great under pressure as sometimes restaurants can be hectic and we need someone who can handle a breakfast rush. You need to be a team player as this is a team effort.

Line & Prep Cooks

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a team, has some excitement when it comes to food presentation and can follow direction on new safety protocols we have put in place since our reopening. You are responsible for food preparation on the line and presenting the food on the plate to recipes. Cleaning is part of the job in the kitchen all are expected to do their part to keep it clean and sanitized. Must be able to work alone with little supervision and well with others on the line depending on shifts you will work. Experience is an asset, but we can train. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are served all day, so it is a large menu to learn. We train you and have guides to help with that throughout the building. We pair you with a trainer to start each position in the kitchen until you become proficient.

Kitchen Supervisor

We are looking for someone with some kitchen experience in line cooking as it is part of the position. Food Costing, ordering, inventories and purchasing knowledge is an asset. You will not be solely responsible for all of these but will be required to learn all of them and take on the tasks assigned to you by the General Manager of the store. Must be able to properly stock the restaurant with ordering what is required at the same time keeping costs down. This position requires constant training, coaching and ensuring your kitchen is putting out the best food possible for our guests every shift you work. You are responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen by assigning tasks to the employees working with you and assisting in getting them done. Follow up is a daily part of this position to make sure the kitchen runs efficiently and is always clean.
